Merle McKinley
Merle McKinley brings 25 years of management experience to the Enterprise Performance team. Over the past several years she has been training managers and teams in the skills of project planning and implementation that meet schedule and budget. She has worked extensively with managers in building their skills in cross-organizational management practices and capacity management. She has implemented self-directed work teams and focuses on producing teams that work together more harmoniously.
As an executive manager in Action Technologies, reporting to the CEO, she was the account manager for IBM, Lotus and Hitachi and managed numerous marketing and public relations projects for the company. As a director for ARA Food Services she was responsible for the management and profitability of several major food service operations, including the B-1B/Space Shuttle Division of Rockwell International, Palmdale, CA.
For the past 14 years Merle has trained in management, education theory and human communication and graduated from the first three year Ontological Design course offered by Dr. Fernando Flores. She has completed five years of study at Strozzi Institute, and has a B.S. and received advanced training at the University of California, Berkeley.
